Lime Kiln Point State Park, San Juan Island, Washington, USA. Lime Kiln Lighthouse first shone in 1914, the last major light established in Washington. The name derived from lime kilns built nearby in the 1860s. The Coast Guard automated Lime Kiln Lighthouse in 1962 to turn on at dusk and off during day.
