Seen from upper Bussalp, Wetterhorn, Schreckhorn, and Finsteraarhorn (left to right) rise impressively above Grindelwald, in Switzerland, the Alps, Europe. The Finsteraarhorn (at left 4274 m / 14,022 ft) is the highest mountain in the Bernese Alps and the most prominent peak of Switzerland (in terms of height above the lowest topographic contour at the mountain's base). The Schreckhorn (4078 m / 13,379 ft) is the northernmost summit rising above 4000 meters in Europe.
